• Provide legal advice to Infrastructure Ontario executives and business units to support decision making • Ensure corporate compliance with current legislation and Infrastructure Ontario policies and procedures, and contribute to strategy development • Provide legal support to internal stakeholders • Provide litigation support to business units
• Few years of experience practicing law in the area of commercial real estate • Few years experience conducting title reviews and preparing title reports • University degree in Law (LLB or JD) • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario • Knowledge of commercial real estate, property and land management • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate complex legal issues in a clear manner to non-legal audience • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities • Ability to understand business issues quickly, exercise good judgment in providing timely and practical legal advice and work effectively in a team-based environment
