Description
• Lead and motivate a team of 5 inbound sales consultants. • Drive team performance daily. • Be active and supportive on the sales floor. • Coach team members to improve sales. • Conduct regular performance reviews. • Optimize CRM (Salesforce) for better performance. • Manage leads and ensure timely follow-up. • Identify training needs and work with trainers.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience managing a sales team. • Prior sales experience (face-to-face or phone). • Strong communicator with a lively personality. • Ambitious, driven, and team-focused. • Resilient and open to learning. • Thrives in a target-based environment.
