• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retail and distribution accounts to drive sales and brand presence. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tailored sales strategies that align with account needs and company objectives. • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and leverage industry knowledge to expand market share. • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability and meet business targets. • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive improvements. • Address and resolve any issues or concerns from key accounts promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively address challenges and opportunities. • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. • 5+ years of key account management or a similar sales role, preferably within the beverage or CPG industry. • Proven success in sales and account management growth in a customer/consumer-facing business. • Reliable vehicle and smartphone. • Valid driver's license. • Preferred experience with natural/organic consumable products. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
