Description

• Develop and implement mathematical models, simulations, and optimization algorithms to address business challenges • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions • Design and integrate machine learning solutions to solve business problems • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the impact of different strategies • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders • Stay current with the latest advancements in operations research and related fields • Document methodologies and maintain detailed records of analytical processes

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related field • Proven experience as an Operations Research Analyst or similar role • Strong knowledge of optimization techniques, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling • Continuously improve and refine existing optimization models to enhance efficiency and scalability • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB • Experience with optimization software and tools (e.g., Google OR-Tools, Gurobi, CPLEX) • Experience with Machine Learning solution design and development • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Preferred Qualifications • Experience in applying operations research techniques to real-world problems in industries to solve logistics and VRP problem • Experience with machine learning and data science methods • Familiar with predictive modeling, anomaly detection, price forecasting, and other machine learning applications • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform
