Requirements
• Demonstrated success in operational execution and process improvement. • Track record of success in building and leading effective teams, fostering talent development and strategically managing resources to achieve operational excellence. • Highly collaborative, driven by a strong desire to continuously improve and deliver high quality. • Excellent communication skills: ability to provide straightforward directions as well as inspire a team.
