• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand business requirements before scoping the technical solution • Capture, analyze, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources • Document detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Prioritize the backlog and set expectations with stakeholders • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutions • Support change management and enablement • Regular Salesforce Administrative tasks (user provisioning/deprovisioning, role and profile creation assisting end users with reporting and dashboarding, as needed)
• Experience working with CPQ systems and processes • Experience working in Scrum and Agile rhythms • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work with competing priorities • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning • Experience with Outreach, Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Salesforce CPQ and other Sales tools a plus • Certified Salesforce Administrator • Bachelor’s Degree
