Description
• Senior People Partner role at Float • Integral member of the team • Provide advice and counsel on People programs and practices • Work on high-impact bespoke People initiatives and projects • Support People Leaders in aligning strategies with business objectives • Address complex employee relations issues • Design and implement talent development programs • Lead People initiatives and change management efforts • Partner to design and implement competitive total rewards programs • Utilize data and analytics for decision-making • Act as a trusted resource for employees at all levels • Brainstorm, share insights, and provide feedback openly • Drive organizational transformation • Facilitate performance management processes
Requirements
• 7-10+ years of end-to-end HR/People experience in a high growth startup environment • Employee relations experience and experience supporting coaching and counseling, employees at all levels of an organization • Ability to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging • Experience in designing and implementing development programs and initiatives • Competence in HR analytics and reporting • Superior attention to detail • Accountability and ability to deliver on commitments • Problem-solving skills • Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and communication skills
