Description
• Collaborating directly with the Digital Bank people and talent programs • Consulting on key initiatives and organizational changes across the Digital Bank • Partnering closely with business leaders to build and maintain a thorough understanding of the departmental strategy • Develop talent requirements or initiatives to support and evolve the function’s operating model, talent, and culture • Lead and manage the annual talent cycles for your client group • Be a SME and a trusted advisor for client groups on HR and talent policies, cycles and initiatives
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree • 3-5 years of experience working with a client group within a BP role • 8+ years of progressive work experience in HR or talent acquisition • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deep HR experience • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a goal-oriented approach • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive matters • Experience within one or more of the following tech, banking and or fintech
