Description

• Responsible for the development and delivery of brand-aligned marketing and communications plans • Leads external marketing and communications to promote, enhance, and protect the Bank’s brand and reputation • Collaborates with Bank executives, business unit leaders, and origination teams • Develops and executes marketing strategies for the Commercial Banking business lines • Enhances the profile of key Commercial Banking business leaders • Coordinates content calendar and manages grant programs with credit unions

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Marketing or an equivalent combination of experience and formal education • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing and executing Business to Business (B2B) marketing strategies • Keen observer of economic environment, industry trends, and current affairs • Experience in leveraging research, data, and analytics to inform strategy and decisions • Sophisticated and persuasive written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Experience with digital and social media campaigns • Track record of developing effective internal communications
