Description
• Epic Games is hiring a Technical Leader for LiveOps focused on building teams and systems that enable us to improve reliability for our platforms, games and online services • This is a multidisciplinary leadership role where you will lead and/or work directly with other leads, producers, program/product managers, developers, and SREs to achieve meaningful outcomes for the organization • As the Tech Lead of Epic's LiveOps team you'll build the structures necessary to ensure we are advancing how we monitor and analyze our production systems, games, and back office systems, evolving how the company responds to critical live issues, and improving the state of our games and services to our internal stakeholders
Requirements
• Senior-level experience across the full software development lifecycle • Senior-level experience owning critical software and infrastructure services with rigorous uptime requirements • Experience in system design and operation at a global scale • Multiple years of experience in managing a multi-discipline engineering team • Ability to lead in a geographically dispersed organization • Experience with multi-national regulatory compliance • A leader in operationally focused culture development
