Description
• Reporting to the Corporate Counsel, the Corporate Paralegal will manage and maintain physical and electronic corporate records and compliance and related reports • Assist with contract management: review and analyze contracts, prepare comments and redlines in contracts, and oversee the administration and management of contracts • Provide general support to the legal team as required
Requirements
• Paralegal diploma or university degree • Five or more years of experience in a law firm or within a corporate legal group • Strong computer skills; very comfortable with Microsoft Office • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent time management skills, and prioritization skills • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills
