• Plan and organize lawyers' work • Draft, transcribe, and translate legal documents • Manage correspondence and schedules • Follow up on ongoing cases • Prepare billing-related documents
Requirements
• Diploma in secretarial studies, preferably in legal, or relevant experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation • High level of bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written • Effective communication with clients and keen attention to detail • Ability to follow directives with autonomy and initiative
