• Grow the Disco business by contributing to revenue and driving identification and closing of new SaaS customers • Manage the SaaS sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery & needs assessment, demos, negotiating and closing • Help Disco grow its mid-market & enterprise accounts focused on internal training and customer/partner enablement segments • Provide strategic insights around market success and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product & design team • Collaborate closely with sales & customer success teams to iterate on go-to-market capabilities
• Minimum 5 years experience of full-cycle sales experience selling B2B SaaS with a track record of consistently hitting quota • Minimum 2 years experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise • Experience selling into the internal learning & development teams (preferred) • Experience in the learning or education technology space is a bonus
