• Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the technology or software development sector. • Experience in managing and scaling marketing teams. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing marketing teams. • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions. • Must be a Canadian National or should have an active work permit.
