Description
• Build, coach, and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists • Establish best practices, playbooks and processes for onboarding • Coach and provide feedback to team for better customer adoption • Maintain company Net Revenue Retention target in your portfolio • Develop onboarding goals and work with customers to achieve them • Hire great Onboarding Specialists to exceed company and customer objectives • Develop initiatives and process improvements for customer adoption • Build supportive relationships with each team member • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for smooth handoffs • Maintain close customer relationships to increase product adoption
Requirements
• Facilitation and learning and development experience • Experience mentoring and coaching junior and intermediate resources • Excellent communication skills • Excellent project and process management skills • Ability to translate and communicate technical jargon to non-technical users • 3+ Years experience in a Customer Experience role • 2+ Years in a management position overseeing a team
