• Manage and secure Google Workspace according to the Group HQ guidelines • Manage Onboarding / Offboarding (employee equipment and access) • Level 1/2 IT support onsite and remotely for users • Manage IT equipment from buying to delivery according to Group HQ templates • Manage network equipment (firewall, access point, etc.) • Manage network services (VLAN management, DHCP and IP addressing is required) • OS knowledge (Windows, MacOS and Linux) • Manage CCTV equipment • Contribute as a member of the Help Desk team to set up new tools and improve method and productivity
• Bachelor’s in computer science with experience in Google Workspace required • Experience in IT support level 1 or 2 preferred • Knowledge of networks, operating systems and SYSADMIN experience is a plus • Bilingual French / English required
