• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Management). • Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, focusing on enterprise and IT value strategy. • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies powered by technology. • Proficiency in change management techniques, guiding organizations through organizational realignment. • Experience in adopting and implementing agile methodologies, fostering a culture of experimentation. • Deep understanding of technology trends and their impact on businesses, including proficiency in digital transformation, AI, CX, cloud computing, and emerging technologies. • Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, managing project teams, inspiring and guiding clients and colleagues. • Strong problem-solving skills, addressing complex business challenges effectively. • Capability to adapt to different industries and client needs, showcasing versatility and a proactive approach. • Proven experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering value-driven solutions.
