Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Very strong commercial strategy and execution experience such as market intelligence, pricing, positioning, etc. • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a focus on revenue generation, driving product growth and profitability. • Expertise in product marketing, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic product positioning, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth. • Exceptional communication skills, a true team spirit, and the ability to work seamlessly with others, always putting the team above ego. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience in thriving within and contributing to the advancement of high-growth startups. • MBA with a focus on finance or marketing a strong asset
