Description
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial reviews • Lead monthly financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes • Prepare financial analyses and forecasts on company projects • Lead month-end variance analysis and operational reviews • Collaborate with leadership to review actual results and budget variances • Improve financial knowledge across the business • Develop and improve tools and dashboards for users • Analyze data to identify trends and assist decision-making • Seek opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency • Provide support for ad-hoc analysis projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience, biotechnology industry experience is an asset • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience using NetSuite is an asset
