• Manage high-impact customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service to airline clients. • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, mentoring junior members. • Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents and conduct post-incident reviews. • Maintain thorough documentation and encourage knowledge sharing within the team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer support. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency. • Participate in rotating on-call shifts for 24/7 support coverage.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support within an enterprise environment, engaging directly with customers. • Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Linux, databases, and messaging systems. • Experience with cloud platforms and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is highly desirable. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with the following technologies would be considered an asset. • MongoDB • RabbitMQ • Octopus Deploy • AWS (various services) • Windows and Linux • PowerShell
