Description
• Ensure customer requirements are clear and actionable • Provide updates and feedback to customers • Coordinate team allocation and ticket dispatch • Manage support boards and track KPIs • Improve support SOP
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role • Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript • Intermediate knowledge of Git and SVN • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Bilingual (French & English) • CRM knowledge • Scrum master skills
