Description
• Oversee financial management and reporting • Lead budget management and cost control • Manage cash flow and forecasting • Maintain internal controls and compliance • Coordinate audit and risk management • Supervise and develop the accounting and finance team • Stay informed about financial regulations and industry changes • Ensure effective utilization of accounting systems and software • Articulate financial information clearly to management • Lead software transition projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline • CPA designation highly preferred • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Experience with accounting software and databases • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
