Requirements

• Experience in engineering lead position where you have inspired others to reach their potential • 10+ years of experience in software development, must be from product and/or SaaS organization • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in CS, or a related technical field • Experience leading the software engineering teams using modern software delivery processes and tools • Excellent communication skills across a diverse range of audiences • Demonstrated project management and interpersonal skills • Ability to understand technical and business trade-offs and to effectively communicate them to stakeholders • Proven track record of delivering high quality systems and software that bring value to users • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders’ expectations • Experience building and developing engineering teams that exhibit strong ownership, user empathy, and engineering excellence • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, modern technology topics and frameworks, and developer operations best practices • Cross functional team scaling experience in modern product development methodologies/models • Experience in Cloud Native technologies and patterns (Cloud components API Gateway/Workflow orchestration/Serverless applications) • Strong experience with Continuous Delivery principles and related tools (Kubernetes, GitOps) • Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines, Maven and solid understanding of SCM using GIT/BitBucket • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical and non-technical challenges.
