• Lead in the design and execution of total rewards strategy globally • Responsible for design, implementation, and evaluation of global compensation, benefits, executive and equity programs • Manage compensation processes and benefit programs globally
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits • Minimum 5yrs experience in leadership roles having managed direct reports and/or project resources • Deep understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements • Demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise executive level communications • Demonstrated ability to guide leadership through difficult or complicated subject matter • Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines • Strong research and problem-solving abilities • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues and juggle multiple projects and tasks • Ability to think creatively and bring new ways to solve old problems • Experience in reporting, governance and regulations • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is a plus • Ability to address analytical requests
