• Oversee the development of an inclusive recruitment process • Optimize recruitment systems and processes • Oversee the development and delivery of internal training • Enhance the company’s Employee Value Proposition • Lead the development of innovative recruitment processes • Consult and collaborate to design learning programs • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy • Work with People Operations to build development planning • Oversee design and delivery of training programs • Foster a culture of continuous learning • Build relationships with external vendors • Contribute to performance management programs • Evaluate effectiveness of practices and processes • Establish overall goals and objectives for the team • Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team • Exercise commercial mindedness while managing budgets • Keep up-to-date on talent acquisition trends • Champion equity and diversity in all talent programs

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent management, with experience being a successful people leader • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field • Excitement about a greenfield opportunity • Relevant HR or L&D certifications are a plus • Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing and selection techniques and effective use of technology • Exceptional collaboration skills with a passion for building an inclusive work environment • Hands-on experience as a recruiter and using applicant tracking and recruitment tools • Experience with Lever and Lattice is an asset
