Description
• Owning your pipeline of inbound phone leads from small business owners across the United States and Canada. • Uncovering the needs of each small business owner. • Building trust and showing value quickly through your knowledge of small business, accounting acumen, and strong phone presence. • Communicating effectively with clients over the phone and email, and with your coworkers through Slack and Zoom. • Leveraging our CRM to take ownership of - and report on- your sales targets and conversion rates.
Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or 2+ years in sales-adjacent customer-facing roles. • Previous inside sales role experience is a strong asset. • Exceptional communication ability - with clients over the phone and email, and with your teammates through Slack and Zoom. • Demonstrated ambition, characterized by a passion for learning through proactive initiatives that yield outstanding results. A positive outlook and a desire for continuous growth and excellence in all tasks are evident. • Resourcefulness, contributing to the development of innovative solutions. • Strong time management and organizational skills are exhibited. Punctuality and accountability are maintained, with demonstrated ability in managing the sales pipeline. • Strong team collaboration skills.
