• Receiving inbound calls and providing each client with a high-level of service. • Assisting new clients with account enrollment. • Answering billing inquiries from current clients. • Helping current clients make account and plan changes. • Retaining clients seeking to cancel.
• Can work 40 hours/week anytime through the campaign operation hours: Monday to Sunday, from 7 AM to 12 AM (midnight). • Can speak English fluently, or, are bilingual in French and English. • Can complete a full-time (40 hour/week), twelve-day, in-office training period. • Have strong experience working in sales, retail, or in positions involving upselling. • Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer programs with ease. • Consider themselves to be problem-solvers, adaptable to changing situations.
