• Play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the CRO and contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the revenue department. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and organization of the CRO's activities. • Manage special projects, streamline processes, and enhance communication channels within the organization. • Contribute to the operational efficiency of the CRO's office by managing special projects, streamlining processes, and enhancing communication channels within the organization.

Requirements

• 10 years in a C-Level support role within a SaaS or technology-driven organization. • Proficiency in managing complex schedules and logistics. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
