• At DEPT®, the Operations Analyst provides support to various stakeholders and to turn a vision into real-world execution. • This special someone will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment and will know what's happening, what comes next, and where things need to be at all times. • Activities will include the creation and analysis of reports, administration of contracts, oversight of hourly tracking, and the maintenance of operational data. • You will be dealing with multiple personality types, and need to be able to adapt based on the person you are working and communicating with. • In your role, you will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assisting with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization. • Assist in ensuring accurate tracking of hours across teams and clients, address missing entries, and ensure the timely completion of fortnightly reports. • Generate and compare reports on hours distribution from various tracking systems to identify, report, and resolve discrepancies. • Collaborate with monthly utilization reports, analyze trends, and calculate key metrics to understand operational performance. • Forecast utilization and analyze predictions to facilitate corrective actions as needed. • Prepare and dispatch Statements of Work for new talent allocations or extensions, managing signatures and document formats. • Lead the resume creation process for new hires and contribute to maintaining all resumes up to date with the DEPT® standard format. • Collaborate in analyzing and improving daily operational processes through additional reports and process enhancements.
• Minimum 3+ year of experience in resource management or digital project management. • Fluent english ideally with experience working with stakeholders abroad • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple activities and projects occurring simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments. • Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams and clients. • Communicate with empathy and adapt communication style to meet the needs of the situation and audience. • Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively. • Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas. • In-depth knowledge of the Google Suite, with a specific focus on Google Sheets. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets formulas, filters, queries and graphics. • Experience in basic data analysis and data management. • Scrum master training is a plus.
