Description

• Support team day-to-day across various SaaS apps and networks. • Monitor system health and respond to network alerts. • Provide IT support and incident resolution. • Configure network/device profiles through Meraki and Jamf. • Maintain technical documentation via Confluence. • Manage asset and inventory. • Onboard and train new employees. • Identify technical issue causes and reproduce them. • Evaluate and test new hardware/software. • Implement automated solutions as needed. • Document issues and solutions for user/admin documentation. • Work extended hours for roll-outs/system upgrades. • Physically able to lift/move computers and monitors. • Continuously grow, learn, and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a System Administrator, or similar role, in a SaaS environment • You possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent related experience • Broad knowledge of Windows, macOS and Unix systems (including command line) • Detailed knowledge of Cisco Meraki networking infrastructure • Experience with supporting Identity and Access Management through Google Workspace and Okta (or similar SSO platform) administration • Experience with macOS and Windows deployment/management tool sets including - Meraki MDM, Jamf, Apple Business Manager plus experience managing asset inventories • Experience in automation using Bash and Python scripting languages • Knowledge of encryption/security (in a macOS environment) • Familiarity with administering tools such as Zendesk, Google Apps, Slack • Strong bias for providing impeccable customer service
