Description
• Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions • Collaborate with departments to identify automation opportunities • Create efficient automated workflows • Maintain and enhance existing bots to improve business processes • Deploy RPA bots in production environments • Train and support end-users and team members on RPA tools • Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize RPA solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 3 years of experience in RPA development • 2 years specifically using Automation Anywhere A360 • Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360 • Strong understanding of RPA best practices, frameworks, and methodologies • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is advantageous • Familiarity with API integrations and database management
