• Lead and coach other business analysts at all levels, providing mentorship and guidance. • Evaluate new applications, gather and analyze business requirements, and identify system needs and dependencies. • Actively communicate with stakeholders, preparing presentations and documentation on system enhancements or alternatives. • Recommend systems alternatives and enhancements to meet evolving business needs. • Work under the direction of a project manager, incorporating input from multiple business areas to ensure comprehensive project execution. • Analyze and map out current and future-state business processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Experience and working knowledge of EOM, BCOM, and IPAG platforms. • Ability to understand the interdependencies and impacts across different business areas and project types. • Ability to act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units to ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
