Description

• Lead a team within Team Line of Business, creating a technical plan, hiring and developing team members, and incrementally delivering value to our restaurant customers and their employees • Drive overall technical architecture, design, build and launch features/improvements on our platform • Ensure end-to-end delivery of software, including team ownership of monitoring and production issue remediation

Requirements

• Experience building SaaS products on the platform/infrastructure used to deliver them • Experience and expertise in breaking down monoliths into micro services and can solve for scalability • Knowledge of and experience in building backend services/APIs • Teams operating in effective software development environments including agile, continuous improvement and continuous delivery • Strong technical background with a personal preference for remaining technical • Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization • Servant leadership mindset and subscribe to the Toast values
