• Social Media Management: Oversee the daily management of clients' social media channels, including scheduling posts, crafting engaging copy, and ensuring timely responses to community interactions. • Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the social strategy team to develop and execute content plans that align with the client's brand voice and goals. • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate ROI. • Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community, encouraging meaningful conversations and interactions that enhance brand loyalty. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and account teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign success. • Social Media Trends: We’re looking for a trend-savvy individual with a sharp eye for spotting the next big thing in social media and fashion. You live and breathe culture, always in tune with the latest movements, conversations, and styles. With your finger on the pulse, you can identify emerging trends and opportunities, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or retail industry. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency. • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for community building. • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to analyze and present social media metrics effectively. • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, identify trends, and inform strategy.
