Description

• As part of the DevEx: Enablement team, support initiatives to optimize productivity • Use our internal developer portal to ensure standards are met across the engineering organization • Work closely with engineering teams to share knowledge within the engineering org • Design and implement solutions to improve time-to-onboard for new developers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and provide support • Support implementation of metrics to measure team productivity and satisfaction • Support training sessions and workshops on best practices and tools • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Software engineering experience, with a focus on optimizing team productivity and collaboration • Experience using Elixir, TypeScript, or Java • Experience with build tooling and automated testing • Experience with IaaS/IaaC tools • Experience with CI/CD tools • Experience implementing solutions to improve onboarding processes, knowledge sharing, tooling, and feedback loops • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • You enjoy helping teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently • Passion for continuous learning and personal development
