Description

• The Accounts team's goal is to support patrons throughout their account creation process. • Engineering robust signup processes using analytics and user research. • Implementing and maintaining secure authentication methods for patrons. • Providing customer service team with tools for patron support. • Work with preferred technology stack using Elixir/Phoenix or TypeScript/React. • Participate in design, architecture, and delivery of new features in an agile environment. • Other duties as required.

Requirements

• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, distributed systems, algorithms and software design. • Passionate about clean code architecture and software craftsmanship. • Experience with Git and GitHub or similar. • Experience building web applications focusing either on backend development or front-end development. Please highlight strengths during the application process. • Relational data modeling and API design are a plus. • Comfortable working in the terminal. • Proficiency within an editor of your choice.
