• Facilitate communication and collaboration among multiple Scrum teams. • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to coordinate sprint planning meetings. • Identify and address project-related issues, risks, and impediments. • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and progress reports. • Generate regular status reports and updates on project progress. • Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to project coordination processes. • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members on Agile practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven experience 7 years in project coordination or management, preferably in an Agile environment. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) is a plus
• Flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays • Collaboration in office Tuesday - Thursday
