• Oversight of all financial and accounting activities within the organization • Managing financial reporting and accounting operations • Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for a publicly traded company • Supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA, CMA, or CA designation required • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Experience in a publicly traded company • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Canadian & US securities regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
