• Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to grow our global business; driving new business accounts, leads, pipeline and revenue. • Use data-driven decision-making to interpret data, extract valuable insights and recommend actionable improvements to boost campaign effectiveness. • Update ongoing reporting and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates and insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, PMM, Web, SEO, Growth and Analytics teams to share learnings, test new hypotheses and help support the overall strategy and business objectives. • Assist in the planning and implementation of A/B testing to effectively engage and convert target personas.
• Minimum of 5+ years of in-platform paid search experience for a SaaS company in-house or agency experience. • Expert with tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Looker, and Excel/Google Sheets. • Strong understanding of advanced bid strategies and optimizing towards performance metrics such as ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc. • Strategic and innovative, with excellent analytical abilities and proven success in executing data-driven paid search programs. • A team player and self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative with limited resources and a passion for experimentation.
