Description
• Product Design creates experiences that solve customer problems • Collaborate with stakeholders to merge business requirements and customer needs • Use Figma for the design process from ideation to delivery • Contribute to the established and growing design system • Conduct user and market research including customer interviews • Create high fidelity interactive prototypes for critiques and usability testing • Support evolution of processes and best practices for design • Synthesize feedback and insights into high-quality designs that solve problems
Requirements
• You love to learn, you are challenged by what you don’t know, you have grit, and a bias towards action • You have a clear understanding of usability techniques and best practices • You create visually stunning UI, you can prototype, and you set yourself a high bar for craft and quality • You are proficient in Figma and other product design tools. • You are familiar with the state of the industry in Travel and Super App products and design trends • You are data driven, objective, and curious about the truth • You are curious about, and deeply care for our customers • You are articulate, succinct, and can communicate problems and solutions clearly
