• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for critical roles across our various facilities • Collaborate with and advise hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly. • Coordinate with HR and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruiting strategies and identify potential candidates. • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to quickly address current and future hiring needs. • Gain insight into various divisions of Sunrise Farms, including operational strategies, business development, and other critical areas. • Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the development of recruitment plans that align with the company's broader objectives. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer. • Act as a representative of Sunrise Farms, reflecting our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions with potential hires.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment (agencies or corporate). • Post secondary education in Human Resources is an asset. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (including Microsoft 365), along with a strong grasp of data analysis to drive recruitment decisions. • Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands. • A customer service orientation, sensitive to hiring needs and understanding importance of diplomacy and confidentiality. • Strong written and verbal communication.
