Description

• Responsible for leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams • Driving product roadmaps • Planning requirements • Identifying technical risks • Providing analyses and recommendations to project stakeholders • Working closely with the Technical Director, Game Director, and Production Director • Managing a multidisciplinary gameplay engineering team • Prioritizing their work and driving product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant working experience • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a technical or software development setting managing projects involving multi-disciplinary engineering teams • Experience in directly managing people/multi-disciplinary engineering teams • Strong organizational skills and an effective problem solver with a well-rounded technical background • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead topics, generate buy-in, and move topics forward • Capable of breaking down complex technical projects, building solid development plans, and driving product development • At ease discussing complex technical topics with engineers and able to synthesize information in an easy-to-understand format for non-technical stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
