• Manage product go-to-market plans and support commercial readiness • Collaborate on strategies and programs to achieve revenue and market growth • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies and launches • Create opportunities for monetization through effective messaging and positioning • Ensure integration on GTM across teams and map messaging to content strategy • Provide market insight to communicate the product roadmap value • Refine messaging and enablement tools through client and sales team interaction • Develop effective training materials for staff and clients • Lead a team of product marketers to foster excellence and focus • Track performance and deliverables against business objectives • Analyze market needs to generate insights about the audience
• 10+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions • 5+ years of experience leading teams and working with stakeholders across the business • Experience working with enterprise SaaS programs • Ability to execute strategies, programs, and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively • Proven experience working at the global level to capitalize on international markets and nurture markets at different levels of maturity • Demonstrated success leading a portfolio of product marketers in a high-growth environment • Proven success launching differentiated products, solutions, and services within B2B environments • Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a global B2B environment to drive revenue growth • Experience with new product introductions by market and geography • Strong strategic planning, execution, and measurement skills • Great collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally with or without authority • Excellent communication skills across various audiences • Strong organizational skills, independent thinking, and flexibility • Analyst relations experience is an asset
