• Drive positive ROI for our clients by building, planning, and executing on client growth initiatives and campaigns\n• Build innovative and exciting digital marketing strategies for our clients and advise them thereof\n• Create client proposals and presentations\n• Participate in sales meetings and showcase your knowledge\n• Collaborate with internal (design, development) and external teams on projects to drive growth and efficiency\n• Leverage a constant test-and-learn approach to drive client ROI and conversion rates\n• Always be learning - Growth marketing is in constant evolution and it is key to be curious and motivated to stay up to date on the latest trends

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Growth Marketer, Demand Generation Marketer, Digital Marketing Consultant or Product Marketing Manager\n• Previous experience in agencies or as a consultant is a big plus\n• Firsthand experience with PPC marketing, email marketing and conversion rate optimization, SEM or SEO\n• A never-ending desire to optimize flow/targeting/audience strategies\n• Full of ambition, intellectual curiosity and an appetite for entrepreneurial projects\n• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)\n• Bilingual French/English is a plus but not a deal-breaker
