Description

• Shape the AI-first content discovery and curation strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build advanced AI search capabilities • Define and drive AI search technology and architectural directions • Lead integration of AI search capabilities across the Seismic platform • Provide technical leadership to teams and foster a culture of collaboration • Collaborate on AI-driven search product roadmap development • Optimize performance and define metrics for AI search initiatives

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in delivering quality software solutions • Experience with C# and .NET • Technical expertise with unit testing, object-oriented programming, and relational databases • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) is desirable • Cloud expertise with platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure • Experience deploying containerized applications into Kubernetes is a plus • Expertise in search platforms like ElasticSearch or Apache Solr • Proficiency in building and deploying Generative AI use cases • Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and semantic search • Extensive experience in SaaS application development and cloud technologies • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Fast-paced environment experience is preferred
