Description

• Play a crucial role in shaping the AI strategy and driving the development of innovative AI solutions across our platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, build and integrate advanced AI capabilities that enhance our AI product offerings and deliver exceptional value to our customers • Define and drive the AI Technology and Architectural directions for Seismic, ensuring alignment with business goals and product roadmaps • Work hands-on with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to build AI & ML applications • Lead the integration of AI capabilities across the Seismic platform, including data foundation, conversational intelligence, video analysis, content management and discovery systems • Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to the data science and engineering teams • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven product enhancements

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience (or 12+ years of experience with advanced degrees) in data science and AI, with a proven track record of building AI software products, and leading technical efforts • Strong expertise in AI & ML model and use case development, including hands-on experience with Python or related languages for data analytics, GenAI and machine learning • Extensive experience in SaaS application development and cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of modern machine learning technologies and operational infrastructure • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure • Experience with kubernete-based microservice architecture • Experience in collaborating with product management and design, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive successful delivery • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop a strong point of view and drive vision forward • Bachelor's or master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company
