Description

• Develop and maintain robust software applications using object-oriented programming languages. • Design and implement efficient Web APIs following industry best practices. • Collaborate closely with industry experts and diverse teams to ensure project success across different cultures. • Utilize cloud infrastructure and services, with a preference for Azure, and familiarity with GCP or AWS. • Support ITSM platforms to ensure seamless integration and operation. • Implement unit tests using frameworks and UI testing libraries to maintain code quality and reliability. • Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools, demonstrating a keen interest in continuous learning and improvement. • Perform Cherwell Master Data maintenance • Perform Cherwell Admin log monitoring • Perform Cherwell Incident error troubleshooting • Perform Cherwell – SAP Resolve Integration activities • Provide Cherwell technical development expertise

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, coupled with a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field – Preferably in Cherwell ITSM technical • Proven track record of working closely with industry experts and collaborating with diverse teams across different cultures • Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Kotlin • Familiarity with industry best practices for Web API design • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Azure, but GCP or AWS experience is also welcome • Supporting ITSM Platforms • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and UI testing libraries • Keen interest in exploring the latest technologies and tools • Fluent in English
