• Lead the creative vision for campaigns in both traditional retail and digital environments. • Transform concepts into visually stunning and cohesive designs that resonate with consumers and elevate brands. • Collaborate closely with a team of designers, creatives, and strategists.
• 10+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on art direction for shopper marketing. An understanding of shopper marketing (consumer journey, path to purchase, shopper best practices) is a must. • College or University diploma in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field. • A standout portfolio showcasing a wide range of work, including shopper marketing, art direction, omni campaigns, branding, and digital design. A focus on CPG clients is a bonus. • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), AI (MidJourney, Dall-E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) with strong capabilities in Mac OS. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in UI/UX design and knowledge of emerging design trends.
