• The Account Director will be responsible for leading the development of small to large size integrated campaigns for our client and working closely with the cross-functional teams that bring it all to life. • The Account Director is the general manager of their portfolio, growing their business and ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within budget and achieve the strategic brand/client objectives. • You will coordinate and implement marketing plans and oversees the cross-functional agency team tasked with developing individual programs. • You oversee the processes of running programs and nurture relationships with the company's clients. • You typically plan and coordinate projects, brief creative teams, and manage budgets.
• At least 10 years of experience working Accounts, Client Service, Project Management or a related role • Exceptional leadership and people management skills • Proven project management & production experience • Understanding of agency budgeting and reporting requirements • Proven strategic thinker • Natural people person with exceptional interpersonal skills • Confident and experienced with presentation skills • Excellent organizational, negotiation and leadership skills • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to oversee, and deliver against, a large P+L • Proven ability to identify, pursue and sell business growth opportunities • French Speaking an added bonus
