• Provide Pre-Sales Solutions design and product demonstrations • Qualify prospects and gather business and technical requirements • Develop product demonstrations, training materials, and documentation • Ensure successful integration cycles from kickoff to launch • Share business requirements and challenges with Implementation team • Provide feedback on current solution/product and assist in new feature development • Adhere to Company’s Quality Control and Business Process policies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Recent college graduate or up to 10 years experience in martech SaaS/PaaS/CRM • Proven track record in successful proof-of-concept plans • Previous experience with digital/marketing strategies • Mastery of technical aspects of enterprise sales cycle • Understanding of platforms/architecture and implementation lifecycle • Able to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to multitask, organize, and be results-oriented • Work under tight deadlines and detail-oriented • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word • Authorization to work in The USA
